About Us
Our Mission
For You, For Everyone
At Peer Support Alliance, our mission is to empower individuals living with mental health challenges to speak openly, heal collectively, and thrive together. We believe in the power of shared experience and connection - pairing individuals with peer sponsors who understand firsthand the struggles of mental illness. Through compassionate peer partnerships, we aim to foster a safe, judgement-free space where people feel seen, heard, and supported.
What We Do
Peer Support Alliance is a peer-to-peer support system for adults 18+ that hosts weekly meetings via Zoom (we will eventually be doing in-person meetings) for people with these mental health disorders in order to tell their stories, talk about their coping mechanisms, or just listen. Coming off the back of what was once Mental Health Sponsors of America, the PSA will also be focusing on sponsorships from others dealing with similar issues. Like tried and true methods before it, PSA offers a sponsorship program between its members that applies the very first true 24/7 mental illness support between peers.
Our Meetings
PSA currently meets weekly via Zoom. Starting at 8pm Eastern we begin with introductions, and a brief recap from each person detailing their week before opening up the groups to different topics chosen by PSA Sponsors and the group participants
Our meetings are 100% confidential in nature, as no information will ever be spoken of, or shared outside of a meeting. Participants may share as much or as little as they choose with camera/audio being completely optional. You can tell your story, or just listen.
PSA is ALL-INCLUSIVE. We have people in our community from all ages 18+, all ethnicities, genders, and sexual orientation. Our meetings are a safe space for all.
Peer Support Alliance (PSA) provides peer-to-peer support only. PSA is not a substitute for prosfessional medical or mental health treatment, diagnosis, or advice. No one participating in PSA - including your sponsor - is a licensed provider unless explicitly stated elsewhere. All individuals offering support are peers sharing lived experiences.
Sponsors are not employees, contractors, or agents of PSA. They volunteer their time and may have limited availability. PSA and its sponsors cannot guarantee the effectiveness, accuracy, or timeliness of any support or guidance provided.
By participating in PSA services, you agree that PSA and its sponsors are not liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes that result from peer support interactions. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, call/text 988 or contact emergency services immediately.
We believe in the power of peer support to transform lives, redefine the future, and create a supportive community.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide a safe and inclusive space for individuals to share their experiences, support each other, and foster a sense of belonging.

Our Vision
Our vision is to establish a network of empowered individuals who find strength in unity, break the stigma surrounding mental health, and advocate for compassionate support.
